Condolences for Dicie Hyder Cole

Dicie and I were best friends at East High. She was a very sweet loving person. We reconnected recently on Facebook. And from what I could tell had not changed a bit. Still a sweet loving person. Sometimes we don’t understand why friends and family leave us; but God has a plan. It was her plan and she was ready to go. She is watching over her loved ones and still praying for us daily.

Sorry for her family, happy to know that Dicie is with her Savior and her breathing is normal. I am praying for all of you. Psalm 34:18 says The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart:

I did not know Dicie very well, but she started following me on Facebook a few months ago. I enjoyed her very insightful comments on my posts. I do however know her children. Jimmy was a very dear friend and worked with me for many years. His work ethic and caring for others was second to none. Chris has those same characteristics. Kimberly as well. These traits are a reflection of ones parents and Dicie did an outstanding job as a mother and a mentor to her children. Dicie's legacy will live on through her children and grandchildren as her grandchildren have the traits of their parents and their loving grandmother. Matthew 25:21 21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord. Words cannot remove the pain and sorrow of the loss of your mother. God promised that you will be comforted. Matthew 5:4 - Blessed are they that mourn for they shall be comforted. Treasure the memories that are unique to each of you with your mother/grandmother. You remain in my prayers.
