Robert Lee Collins, Jr. 36, of Flat Rock, passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at his residence after a brief illness. He was a son of Denise Michelle and Robert Lee Collins Sr. and husband to Lisa Marie Wilson Collins.

Robbie was a truck driver for Ferguson Waterworks and a dedicated, hardworking family man. He enjoyed drag racing and working on cars in his spare time.

In addition to his parents and wife survivors include his two sons, Korbit Lee and Robert Bradley Collins; three brothers, Michael Collins (Amber), Billy Collins both of Flat Rock, Joey Collins (Tiffany) of Fletcher; one sister, Stacie Collins of Etowah; father-in-law, Brad Wilson; mother-in-law, Rebecca Causey; step-father, Johnny Shelton; step-mother, Lisa Hill; maternal grandfather, Arlo Hannah; paternal grandmother, Ruth Collins; sister-in-law, Caitlyn Causey and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held 11am Friday, October 23, 2015 in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Shepherd Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 22, 2015 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
