Rayola J. Major, of Hendersonville, ascended in Heaven on Thursday, November 10 at the Brian Center surrounded by her family.

She leaves behind her daughter, Ragena White, son Rodney Pratt and wife Debbie, grandson Joshua Pratt and wife Samantha, all of Hendersonville and granddaughter Jennifer Dale and husband Weldon, and great-grandson Landon of Saluda. Also mourning her loss are her sisters Donna Hunter and husband Steve and Lana Arnold all of Hendersonville and many loving nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Kay Nelson, her in-home aide, Spring Arbor West and the Brian Center for their loving care. A special thanks to all those at Four Seasons Campassion for Life that were there with her in her final weeks.
A service to honor her life will be held 11:00 am Saturday, November 19, in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home. The family will receive friends in the chapel following the service.
