Hey Mr. Gator, It's really hard for me to write this, but since I still owed you that call back I figured I'd write something on here and just bug ya one more time. This thing won't hold everything I want to say, so I'll keep as short as I can.. I was just sitting here thinking about you. How you always helped me anytime I needed it, like that time we had my entire truck interior tore apart in your front yard, or going fishing with you and Daddy when I was little. How you picked on me, randomly calling me saying you "could hear that Chevy rusting from my house!" And asking if me and Jerrah were married yet, and how you were gonna be the minister. Remember when I would call and pick on you when Oklahoma lost, or how you'd pick on me about UGA? I can't tell you how much I'm gonna miss that.. You were like another Dad to me. It's gonna be really hard without you. I love you Mr. Gator, and I will always miss you. Until I get to see you again, keep 'em straight up there, and put in a good word for me. See ya man, Love ya. I have only known Norris for three years, two of which we worked together. There was not a day that went by that he did not talk about his family, especially you, Dustin. He was so proud of you. He was a fine person and will be missed.

Norris was a gentle soul. He was a good friend to all. He will be truly missed by all that knew him. Norris loved to eat. We went out to lunch several times after Church with my brother, Danny and his family. Norris had been sick a lot in the last year but he always had a smile or something nice to say to you or about someone. I will miss him.

May God carry you and be beside you and your family forever. Our prayers are with you. We loved him dearly and he will be terribly missed but never forgotten. Our hearts will forever be broken.

Norris was a friend to all who knew him. He was a gentle, compassionate, and steadfast friend. It was a pleasure to work with him at Northeast Campus, Tift County High School. His family remains in my prayers for the difficult days ahead. He will be missed.

Norris was not just a friend, he was a part of my family. I will miss him greatly. He taught me that there truly is good people in the world who do not judge. Norris accepted me and my family no matter what we did, even if he did not agree with it. He left Judgement up to the Lord!! I will miss him dearly!! Norris you will always be loved and thought of!!! I am glad that I got to know a real "Santa"!!
