A Funeral Service will be held at 3 PM Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Mud Creek Baptist Church with the Reverend Greg Mathis officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. At other times, the family will be at the home of Norma and Chuck Sproles.

The family wishes to thank Martha Todd, the nursing staff of Hendersonville Health and Rehab; Pardee Hospital, and Four Seasons Compassion for Life for all of their kind and loving care for Doris.

Memorials may be made to Mud Creek Baptist Church, 403 Rutledge Drive, Hendersonville, NC 28739.
