James ìJimmyî Fink, 9, of East Flat Rock, went to his heavenly home Saturday, June 27, 2015. Born February 13, 2006 to Brittni Nicole Hoots Howard and John Daniel Fink, he was a native of Henderson County. He was preceded in death by his father John; his grandfather John Fink; and great-grandfather, Ted Hoots.
Jimmy was a true boy to the core. He enjoyed being active and playing soccer, basketball, corn hole, and many other things. Jimmy’s laugh and smile were truly infectious. There are no words to describe just how much we love and will miss him.
In addition to his mother Nikki and her husband T.J. Howard, he is survived by his sister Kathlynn and her mother Greta Fink; grandmothers, Cindy Wright and Pam Fink; grandfather, Billy Hoots and great-grandmothers, Sue Pearson and Mary Hoots as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A funeral service will be at 3:00pm Thursday in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Rev. Brandon Harrell will officiate. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2-3:00pm prior to the service in the chapel.
