Heasley Newell Hill, 76, of Hendersonville, died Friday afternoon, February 21, 2020 at Greenville Hospital in Greenville, SC after an extended illness.

Mr. Hill was born on Monday, January 3, 1944 in Henderson County to the late Newell Heasley and Helen Mary (Redmon) Hill. He was a graduate of East Henderson High School and then went to technical college to obtain his electrical license. His career includes working for Berkley Mills for several years and then to a company out of Dallas, TX that installed machinery all over the world before retiring in Texas. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy for 4 years and fought in the Vietnam War before being discharged. He will always be remembered for helping those around him.

Mr. Hill leaves behind to cherish his memory his two sisters, Levada H. Jones and Mary Helen Gibson; his brother, Doyle Allen Hill and his wife, Joan; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved brother, Lesley Lee Hill and his sister, Myrtice Hill Jones Case.
Graveside services to celebrate Mr. Hill’s life will be two thirty o’clock on Monday afternoon, February 24, 2020 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Rev. Steven Christopher officiating.

Memorial contributions may be offered in memory of Mr. Hill to the charity of the donor’s choice.

Heasley will be forever missed by his loving and devoted family and many dear friends.
