Frank Moss

Frank Edward ìEddieî Moss, 54, died Tuesday, November 2, 2010, at the Elizabeth House, following a courageous battle with cancer. A native of Arden, he was born December 10, 1955, a son of the late Clyde James Moss and Stella Nation Moss. He was employed by Clement Pappas in Mtn. Home for 27 years, until his illness.

Surviving is his daughter, Priscilla Moss Walker and husband Marcus; his son Benjamin Edward Moss; one grandson, Davyn Omry Moss; one step-grandson, Zane Walker; one step-granddaughter, Braylin Walker; five sisters, Lynda Brock and husband Buddy of Hendersonville, Wanda Goodman and husband Billy of Bridge City, Texas, Brenda Putriment and husband Scott of Navarre, Fla., Margaret Norton and husband Jerry of Bridge City, Texas and Kathy Castleberry and husband Glen of Tampa, Fla.; many nieces and nephews; and many, many dear friends. He loved all of his family and friends dearly and will be deeply missed by all.

A memorial service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 5, in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Revs. Bryan Melton and Jared Mathis will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Thursday at Forest Lawn Funeral Home and at other times will be at the home of his sister, Lynda Brock.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Four Seasons Compassion for Life, 571 South Allen Road, Flat Rock, NC 28731 or to the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church Building Fund, 635 Gilliam Mtn. Road, 28792.
