I have known this wonderful man for over 48 years. I have been so blessed to have him as my father. You were the greatest man I always looked up to you. You always made sure that I had what I needed I never went without. I know you rasied me to be a respectable woman even in my teenage years we didn't alway see eye to eye about things (I was a teenager so I thought I knew everything but I soon found out that I didn't (lol). I just wished that I could have told you that I love you one last time. But I know you couldn't wait on me but I know I will see you again one day and then I can finally tell you that I love you and always will. I know you are in your final resting place now no longer in pain or suffering.

even though I was younger when i first remember coming up to Hendersonville to see you. I remember the good times we had you taking me Chris and Steve up the mountain in your old dodge then riding us around on the four-wheeler all through the woods. I even remember us eating lunch at that little pond on the land you watched for that guy down the road from your land on the mountain. even through out all of the memories i have with you I enjoyed them all. I am sad that I wont be able to share anymore with you, but now I know at least you are no longer hurting anymore. I love you pepaw and i always will.
