Charlotte Natilee Stout Morgan, 75, of East Flat Rock, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday July 1, 2010.
A native and life-long resident of Henderson County, she was a daughter of the late Elliott Earl Stout and Louise Jones Stout. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Morgan; a son, Billy D. Morgan and a brother, Kenneth E. Stout.
She was a graduate of Old Flat Rock High School and retired from Diamond Brand. She also worked for Carolina Cleaners as an Alterations Seamstress. She attended Victory Tabernacle and loved missionary work. She drove a truck to deliver supplies for Appalachian Mountain Ministries.
She is survived by two sons, James Morgan of East Flat Rock and Charles Morgan of Hendersonville; two daughters, Joy Morgan Henry and her husband Steven of Etowah and Susan Morgan of East Flat Rock; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be at 2:00 pm Sunday at Victory Tabernacle. Reverend Lawrence Russell and Reverend Lloyd Morgan will officiate. Burial will follow the service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 pm Saturday in the chapel at Forest Lawn Mortuary and at other times at the home of Susan Morgan, 821 Tabor Rd. E. Flat Rock.
