Charles Stanley “Stan”  Taylor, born August 26, 1935, in Jacksonville, FL,
passed away in Hendersonville, NC March 18, 2019. His wife, Inez, and his daughters, Vicki & Pam were at his side when he took his last breath and met his Savior face to face. He was 83 years old. Stan will be remembered as a positive, joy-filled man who was passionate about the Lord and his church, and valued relationships. His family & friends knew him as a welcoming, generous, fun and big-hearted follower of Jesus. Stan was a loyal & dedicated husband, father, grandpa, brother, friend and churchman. His laugh, booming voice, positive outlook and zeal for life will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tammy; parents, John and Doris Taylor; his wife of 41 years, Leah; son, Mickey Marvin and sister, Joann Stroman.

Stan is survived by his wife of twenty years, Inez; sister, Pat Fraustro; daughters, Vicki Power and her husband Rick, Pam Marra and her husband John; daughter-in-law Lisa Marvin and son Lynn Marvin. He was also blessed with eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be at 3:00 pm Sunday, March 24, 2019 at the First Church of the Nazarene, Hendersonville. The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 3:00 pm prior to the service in the church. Burial will follow at Forest lawn memorial Park.
