Barbara L. King, 85, of Hendersonville, died Thursday, February 5, at the Brian Center. A native of Detroit, MI, she was the daughter of the late Russell and Mary Lines. She was also preceded in death by two husbands, Nicholas Bockmiller and Henry Herman King, and by her brother, Robert Lines. She had lived in Warren, MI prior to moving to Hendersonville 25 years ago and was a member of Grace Lutheran Church. Mrs. King is survived by her son, Roderick Bockmilller and his wife Stephanie; step-son, Patrick King and his wife Karen; step-daughter, Kathleen House; grandchildren, David Bockmiller and his wife Lori, Steven Bockmiller and his wife Emily and Jeffrey Bockmiller and his wife Bridget; step-grandchildren Jennifer and Emily King and 7 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 5:00 pm Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at Grace Lutheran Church. Revs. Ken Langsdorf and Greg Williams will officiate. The family will receive guests following the service at the church.
