I feel grateful to have known and worked with Frank for many years. Because he was such a wonderful, thoughtful, kind and caring person he was a true example of how people should be. I will remember him with fondness.

Please know that his devotion to the NCARNG and to those he served with left an imprint on our lives. Although, my duty station was in Sylva, his guidance and good nature was a stabilizing factor for many full-time Naational Guard personnel and of course for many other troops.

Frank was a good friend and a great co-worker. I hold him in high esteem and in my heart. I will miss him.

Please know that I share your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

SSG Pratt was one of the finest supply sergeants I have ever had the opportunity to work it. He was technically proficient and quick to mentor junior soldiers. SSG Pratt truly displayed Army Values and lived the NCO creed. He will he missed by all whose lives he touched.
